Accommodation Booking Form
Terms & Conditions

These terms & conditions set out the basis upon which the Village Garden (Broughshane) Ltd. (The Company) accept bookings for the Mill Cottage. Please read them carefully as they represent the terms of the contract between you and the Company. Your signature on the booking form confirms that you have read, understood and accept them.

Booking Period
Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday during high season. Short breaks are for a minimum of two nights and are not normally available during high season. Bookings are from 4.00pm on the day of arrival until 11.00am on the day of departure.

Bookings and payment procedure
Provisional telephone bookings must be confirmed within five working days by return of booking form and payment due. Cheques should be made payable to The Village Garden (Broughshane) Ltd and crossed a/c payee. A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is due for all bookings and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Full payment is due for bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival date.
The booking contract will come into effect when your booking form has been received, correct payment has been made and the reservation has been confirmed in writing to the Company.

Cancellation
Cancellation by you must be made in writing. If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your arrival date 50% of the total cost of the booking will be refundable, if less than 4 weeks 25% and if less than 2 weeks no refund will be paid. The Village Garden (Broughshane) Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking up to six weeks before the arrival date.

Accommodation Charges
The Charges shown on this form include all heating and electricity cost. Bed Linen and Towels are provided.

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accommodation and you are expected to take all reasonable care of it. On departure the accommodation, equipment, utensils etc must be left in a clean and tidy condition. You are responsible for any loss. Breakage's or damages to the accommodation and its contents and these should be reported to the office as soon as possible. The accommodation is for a maximum of 5 people and this must not be exceeded. The Company reserves the right to refuse admittance if this condition is not observed.

The Village Garden (Broughshane) Ltd Responsibilities
The liability of the Company is limited (except in cases of personal injury or death) to twice the total "payment due" paid for the booking.
Please note that in the case of personal injury or death the Company accepts no responsibility where this is attributable: -
a) to you
b) to the acts of a third party not connected with the provision of the accommodation and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable
c) to unusual and/or unforeseeable circumstances beyond the Company's control the consequences of which the Company could not have avoided even if all due care had been exercised.

Complaints
If you are not entirely satisfied with the accommodation you should contact the office immediately so that an attempt may be made to resolve the matter. Failure to follow this procedure may result in loss of reduction of rights you may have had in connection with the complaint. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction you should put your complaint in writing to us within 28 days of your departure date.

Insurance Cover
We cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to valuables or personal property and we recommend that you have appropriate insurance cover in force during your stay. The company and employees of the Company shall not be liable nor accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage howsoever by any person or persons.

The Company may terminate the occupancy of the accommodation if the terms and conditions are not complied with.

Please not the Company operates a "NO SMOKING POLICY" within the confines of th4ll Cottage.
